Group Discount

We offer discounts for groups of 15 or more although we will consider lesser. This is handled on a case by case basis, so please contact us.

Starting with the 2018 race onward, to be eligible for a group discount, we ask that the group leader submit a list of all participants in their group. Once approved, the group leader will send a payment and all participants from the group will then be processed into the race.

Please ensure that the group list and payment are submitted with ample time before the shirt’s deadline (March 24th, for the 2018┬árace) in order for the group to be guaranteed free shirts. We recommend setting up your own deadline for your group in order to get the names and payments processed in a timely manner.

In addition to the group’s name and group leader’s full name, the following information is required on the list:

  • Participant’s first name.
  • Participant’s last name.
  • Participant’s gender.
  • Participant’s birthdate.
  • Participant’s shirt size.
  • Participant’s disability, if any – ie, wheelchair, cane, etc.
  • Name of participant’s emergency contact.
  • Phone number of participant’s emergency contact.
